What happened to my account?
We are proud to have launched our new and upgraded website that will offer you and all our customers a better shopping experience. Unfortunately, the new website no longer has access to your previous order history. You can still contact us via email to check the status on previous orders. Moving forward, you will have to create a new account, which will save all future orders for your convenience.
How can I place orders as an authorized reseller?

Authorized resellers must submit all purchase orders via email to b2borders@proclipusa.com

Why is ProClip more expensive than other phone mounts?

ProClip parts are machined and hand-tooled in Sweden from high-quality ABS and Acetal plastic – not mass produced with injection molding. The ProClip phone mounting solution consists of two separate parts: the exact-fit vehicle mounting base and a phone holder made specifically for your phone. When purchased together, these two parts make a complete ProClip phone mount for your car.



Significant research and development time is required for vehicle mounting base creation for each make, model and year. Each phone holder is tested and approved with the original device to ensure optimal fit and functionality.



ProClip is committed to providing a living wage to all employees which is reflected in the price point and quality of each of our products.


 

Where is my order?

Once your order ships out of our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information. If your order has a tracking number, we can assure you that the order has been shipped. Sometimes our shipping partners don’t update tracking until they reach the final destination.

Are you missing a package that shows as delivered? Please use the following steps: 

  1. Verify your shipping address 
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery 
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package to see if it was delivered nearby 
  4. See if someone else accepted the delivery 
  5. If your package is still missing, please contact us at customerservice@proclipusa.com
When will I get my backordered parts?

ProClip USA is a just-in-time warehouse. We pride ourselves in fulfilling most orders on a daily basis, but some orders cannot be shipped right away and are placed on backorder.  
 
Backordered items typically have a less than 10 business day turnaround depending on the following: 

  • Older parts
    • Parts for older vehicles and cell phones will have to be special ordered and will have a longer than normal ETA.
  • Holiday season
    • Due to increased demand in the holiday season, longer backorder times may apply.

 
We truly appreciate your patience! If your backorder has lasted more than 10 business days, please reach out to us at customerservice@proclipusa.com and we will do our best to provide you an ETA.

 

How do I make a return?

Full refunds (less shipping costs) can be given within one month of the original purchase date if in unopened and original condition. 
 
Opened and used items will be subject to a restocking fee. 
 
Please contact customer service at returns@proclipusa.com to begin a return and they will follow up with an official RMA with details.

Can I exchange my ProClip?

No, we do not process exchanges. 
 
You must return the product to receive a refund. You can then place a new order for your desired parts at any time during the return process.

My ProClip is damaged. Do you have a warranty?

Yes, ProClip USA offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all ProClip cell phone holders and car mounts.  
 
We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, but if your ProClip does break, please contact customer service at customerservice@proclipusa.com and they can help you through a warranty replacement.  
 
The warranty does not cover any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse or abuse.

I use a case on my phone. Do you have phone holders that are compatible?

Yes, ProClip offers universal holders that are compatible with the top case brands. Universal holders have adjustable arms that adjust to fit your specific case, whether slim or rugged. 
 
Please measure the width of your case and compare it to our selection of universal holders.

 

How do I adjust the universal holder to fit my phone case?

1. Loosen the two side arm screws located on the front of the face plate of the holder to release the adjustable arms. Do not completely remove these screws. 
 
2. Widen the loosened arms and slide your phone into the holder grooves. 
 
3. Press the arms together so the device is held in place. 
 
4. Remove your phone and retighten the two side arm screws to lock the holder arms in the correct position that is suitable for your phone. 
 

How do I install my phone holder?

Do I need tools to install my ProClip mount and holder?

Yes, you will need a standard Phillips screwdriver to attach the device holder to the face of the vehicle mounting base.  
 
ProClip vehicle mounting bases clip into the existing seams of the dashboard and can be easily removed if needed. 

Do you offer magnetic universal mounts?

Yes! ProClip USA offers universal magnetic phone mounts that are compatible with and without phone cases.  

Does the USB charging cable provide power and data?

Yes, USB charging holders provide both power and data.  
 
Please note that USB must be included in the product title to have this functionality.  

Are there more mounting locations for my vehicle?

All ProClip mounting locations are listed on our website when you navigate by make, model and year.  
 
Some vehicles do not have optimal seams to provide more than one option or alternate options to the mount already offered. 
 
Any additional mounting locations will be researched by our product development team. 

I have a brand new vehicle. Do you have a mount available yet?

ProClip works with car dealerships to test and approve new vehicle mounts once they are available for sale.  
 
Normal turnaround time for newer vehicle mounts is 8-12 weeks, depending on the availability in our testing area. 
 
Please contact customerservice@proclipusa.com to be notified when a mount is available for your desired vehicle, and you will only receive an email when that vehicle mount is available for purchase. 

I have a brand new phone. Is there a phone holder available yet?

ProClip orders the popular production smartphones as soon as they become available to the public.  
 
After we receive the phone, normal turnaround time for custom holders is 4-6 weeks.  
 
Please contact customerservice@proclipusa.com to be notified when a phone holder is available for your desired phone. You will only receive an email when that phone holder is available for purchase. 

Can I buy spare parts like tape and screws?

Yes, you can purchase spare parts such as double-sided tape, self-tapping screws, gap openers, adapters and more.

Can I resell official ProClip products?

Prospective resellers of ProClip products must have a physical location. No online sales are allowed.

Who do I contact for B2B volume sales?

Large part orders will require contact with our Business Sales Department. A sales representative will contact you with more information about availability, pricing, customization, lead time and more.  

Can I use more than one coupon or promo code on an order?

No, coupons and promo codes are limited to one per order. 

Do you collect sales tax?
