I really love this charger so far. I have a Magbak case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, so it's extra magnetic. The magnet holds just fine, but I haven't tested it on rough roads yet. It is so handy to wirelessly charge and to be able to just sit your phone on it quickly and easily and orient it either way you like.
