We've had 6 ProClips for different cars. I got this one, model 855010, for my 2019 Mini Cooper S Convt just about 1.5 years ago. Yesterday, it came off because the clip in the end broke—I'm not sure why, and it's 6 months out of warranty. These have been great phone holders/chargers. I can't seem to get customer service to respond to my inquiry—I wonder if it's out of warranty?
